Seven industries, the EdgeUno products that fit each one and, where available, the case studies customers have published with us.

01

ISPs & Telecom

IP transit, protection for your backbone and new products for your subscribers, all on AS7195.

What you get

  • IP transit with 1G to 400G ports, native IPv4 and IPv6, and BGP communities for local preference, traffic engineering and blackholing.
  • DDoS Mitigation built for ISP-scale traffic, with the visibility and controls your NOC/SOC team needs during an attack.
  • New revenue without new infrastructure: E1 Gamer as a monthly add-on for gamer subscribers, and Cloud White Label to sell cloud under your own brand.

02

Gaming

Host game servers in the countries your players connect from, and check the latency before you deploy.

What you get

  • Bare metal and VPS across 27 POPs in 13 countries, so players in Bogota, Lima or Santiago can reach a server in their own country.
  • Measured DC-to-DC and ISP-to-DC latency is public: open the latency matrix, pick a region and a target, see the number.
  • Always-on volumetric DDoS scrubbing across all POPs, built into the network.

03

Media, streaming & CDN

Add Latin American PoPs to your delivery network with bare metal, colocation and IP transit from a single provider.

What you get

  • Bare metal servers, colocation space and IP transit to stand up PoPs in the countries where your audience is.
  • Anycast across all POPs, plus BGP communities to control how your prefixes propagate to our peers and transits.
  • Direct peering with Latin American carriers, IXPs and content networks, so traffic does not detour through a US-based middle-mile.

04

DNS & security

Run resolvers, filters and security services inside the countries you protect, on a network with Anycast across all POPs.

What you get

  • VPS delivered automatically and cloned node by node: FlashStart started in São Paulo, then repeated the same setup in Bogotá and Buenos Aires.
  • BGP communities to keep your prefixes away from specific peers or prepend routes to a subset of them.
  • Published results: Quad9's Latin American users improved latency by an average of almost 100 ms, and FlashStart went from about 50–60 ms to about 10 ms in South America.

05

Fintech & APIs

Keep payment and API workloads in the country where your regulator expects them, with private links to the clouds you already use.

What you get

  • Data residency on request: Brazilian data in São Paulo or Rio, Mexican data in CDMX or Querétaro, Colombian data in Bogotá and Argentine data in EZE1.
  • Cloud Connect: private connections to AWS, Google Cloud, Azure and Oracle Cloud that bypass the public internet.
  • ISO 27001:2022 information security management and always-on DDoS scrubbing.

06

Hosting & VPN providers

Add Latin American locations to your hosting or VPN catalog without buying hardware in each country.

What you get

  • Bare metal and VPS across 27 POPs in 13 countries, ready to offer as dedicated or virtual servers.
  • Bring your own IP ranges, routed over BGP, with Anycast and Unicast addressing per region.
  • Cloud White Label: we provision your WHMCS tenant, brand the portal and wire up your domain and payment gateways.

07

Regional SaaS

Serve customers in several Latin American countries from one provider, with each country's data where its law expects it.

What you get

  • In-country hosting aligned with Brazil's LGPD, Argentina's Ley 25.326 and Colombia's Habeas Data.
  • VPC for private topology and migration support when you move off on-prem servers or a US-hosted cloud.
  • Support in Portuguese, Spanish and English from engineers in your time zone.

By need

Eight reasons we win in LATAM.

Most global cloud providers treat Latin America as a single region with one POP in Sao Paulo. We believe in Latin America and we have the best and most connected network and cloud in LATAM!

01★ Hero differential

POP capillarity

We are where your customers are.

27POPs
13Countries

EdgeUno operates 27 POPs across 13 countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Germany, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Most LATAM cloud providers concentrate in Sao Paulo and call it a day. We do not.

Capillarity matters because LATAM is not a monolith. Our network connects infrastructure in the countries where customers live.

Every other EdgeUno differential, from latency to sovereignty, peering and SLA, depends on this footprint. The map is the moat.

Evidence

  • Brazil: Sao Paulo, Rio, Brasilia, Curitiba, Fortaleza and Porto Alegre
  • Mexico: CDMX, Guadalajara and Queretaro
  • Colombia: Bogota BOG2, BOG4 and BOG6
  • Plus Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Puerto Rico, Germany, the United Kingdom, Turkey and the USA
02

Ultra-low latency

Compare cross-country latency live.

<5 msIn-region
LiveCross-country routes

Our latency story is not a marketing number. It is a consequence of the map. Place a VM in BOG2 and a request from a Bogota ISP arrives in under 5 ms.

The interactive latency matrix lets you check measured DC-to-DC and ISP-to-DC times. Pick a region, pick a target, see the number.

Evidence

  • See for yourself in /latency the latency between data centers, or test it yourself.
  • ISP test IPs available on request
03

Data sovereignty

Workloads stay in-country. LGPD, Ley 25.326-aligned and other regulations are respected!

LATAM data-protection law is not US law. Brazil's LGPD, Argentina's Ley 25.326 and Colombia's Habeas Data each carry cross-border restrictions, fines and audit requirements.

EdgeUno does the inverse of checkbox compliance: Brazilian data lives in Sao Paulo or Rio, Mexican data lives in CDMX or QRO, Colombian data in BOG and Argentine data in EZE1 upon your request.

Evidence

  • LGPD-compliant data residency
  • Habeas Data alignment
  • Ley 25.326 alignment
04

Most-connected AS in LATAM

4000 Direct peering with the regional internet

EdgeUno runs two AS7195 peered directly with the major Latin American carriers, IXPs and content networks.

That direct peering is why latency stays low even when traffic crosses operator boundaries. We do not transit through a US-based middle-mile.

Evidence

  • 4000 Networks through Direct Connection
  • 100TBs of capacity
  • 1st Most Connected Latin American Network
05

Best availability SLA

Reseller feature: Create your own SLA for your customer!

99.99%Monthly SLA
Auto-creditNo claim required
LivePublic status page

With EdgeUno solutions, you can offer your customers a better SLA because your app can run in multiple locations across LATAM and the world!

EdgeUno partners can handle everything for you while you collect the praise from your customers!

Evidence

  • Ability to run distributed workloads around the world!
  • Low latency and extreme network throughput!
  • One console!
06

Advanced network features

BGP / Unicast / Anycast / DDoS scrubbing, built in.

Cloud providers that hide the network from you are easier to operate and useless when your network actually has needs. EdgeUno exposes the primitives.

Bring your own IP ranges. Need Anycast across our LATAM footprint? Configured. DDoS scrubbing? Always-on across all POPs.

Evidence

  • BGP-routed customer IP ranges
  • Anycast across all POPs
  • Unicast addressing per region
  • Always-on volumetric DDoS scrubbing
07

ISO 9001 + ISO 27001

Certified quality and security management.

ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 are audited frameworks with real auditor sign-off and recertification cycles.

EdgeUno holds both. Certificate copies are available on request and the certification body is publicly verifiable.

Evidence

  • ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management
  • ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management
  • Audited annually
  • Certificates available under NDA
08

Native PT / ES / EN support

Senior engineers fluent in your language, on your time zone.

Your support engineer is in your time zone, speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish natively and knows the LATAM telecom path your packets take before reaching us.

Evidence

  • Portuguese, Spanish and English
  • Direct channels for VPC and partner-tier customers
